Do Commercials Wake You Up?

Have you ever noticed that the commercials are louder than the program you are watching? It isn’t just in your imagination. Some commercials actually are louder and the Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation Act (CALM) is trying to change that. CALM is currently being discussed by Congress to give the Federal Communication Commission power to prohibit the commercials from being louder than your regularly scheduled programming.
