Magazine stack

Do you have stacks of magazines just lying around the house that you’re never going to read again? I know I do. I’ve had subscriptions to various magazines for years, and many times, when they came I would only read them once and then chuck them in a corner somewhere. Since everyone is so tuned in to recycling and going green these days, why not repurpose your magazines?

Well, I’ve stumbled upon an article detailing how you can make a decorative, colorful box out of your old magazine pages. If you’re creative like that. :) It’s actually quite ingenious. I don’t think I’d have the time to actually sit down and do this, but if you do, go for it! :)

What should you do to rectify the problem? Try buying shower curtains made from organic materials such as cotton and bamboo. You can find bamboo shower curtains here. Yes they can be a little pricey, but you have to pay for quality. What’s a few extra dollars now, than a couple hundred, and loads of mold and mildew down the line?
