    This is just outside of Collierville, but Los Cabos on Hacks Cross near the intersection of Hacks Cross and Hwy 385 has good Mexican food, is very reasonably priced, and you can get a $25 gift certificate for the place at restaurant.com for $4 (dinner only, minimum spend of $35 required).
    Anyways, they have my vote. :)
