How about limiting the time of commericals to 30 seconds or less? What about making "red herring" commericals illegal? How about removing misleading advertising? How about doing everyone a REAL favor and getting all those terrible Mucinex commericals with the giant animated mucus and pathetically fake coughing off of the air?
